Wynn Las Vegas & Encore
Where every detail is perfection — the gold standard of Las Vegas luxury.
3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Operated by: Wynn Resorts Ltd.
Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 as Steve Wynn's magnum opus — a resort built on the belief that the details guests cannot consciously identify are the ones that matter most. From the handpainted silk wallcoverings to the custom carpets designed exclusively for each corridor, every element was sourced or created specifically for the property.
The Wynn and its adjacent tower Encore (opened December 2008) together offer 4,748 rooms on 186 acres. The casino floor spans 190,000 square feet across both towers. Unlike most Las Vegas casinos, Wynn has no pylons obscuring sightlines — the ceiling is supported by concealed structural elements, creating an open, airy feel unusual in gaming spaces.
Wynn is the only casino resort in Las Vegas to offer a championship golf course on-site — the 18-hole Wynn Golf Club, designed by Tom Fazio. The property is also known for its pool complex, which includes a 4.5-acre garden with waterfalls and private bungalows, and for XS Nightclub — consistently ranked among the top-grossing nightclubs in the United States.
