Bellagio

The fountains, the gallery, the poker room — Las Vegas at its finest.

3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Operated by: MGM Resorts International

The Bellagio opened on October 15, 1998, replacing the Dunes hotel and establishing an entirely new benchmark for Las Vegas luxury. Developer Steve Wynn spent USD 1.6 billion on its construction — the most expensive hotel ever built at the time — and the result transformed the Strip from a neon-lit gambling corridor into a world-class resort destination.

The property's defining feature is its 8-acre artificial lake fronting the Strip, hosting the famous Bellagio Fountains — a choreographed water, light, and music performance that runs every 15–30 minutes and has been seen by hundreds of millions of visitors. Inside, the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art displays rotating exhibitions of works from institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Hermitage Museum.

The casino floor spans 156,000 square feet and is famous for hosting the world's most prestigious poker tournaments. The Bellagio Poker Room is the default choice for televised high-stakes cash games and has been the setting for notable scenes in the film Ocean's Eleven. Table limits at Bellagio run higher than virtually any other public casino in Las Vegas.

All 3,933 rooms were renovated between 2018–2022 and represent the top tier of Las Vegas hotel luxury.
