Resorts World Las Vegas
The first new Strip resort in 11 years — Genting brings Asia-Pacific luxury to Las Vegas.
3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Operated by: Resorts World Las Vegas LLC (Genting Group)
Resorts World Las Vegas opened on June 24, 2021, the first entirely new casino resort to open on the Las Vegas Strip since The Cosmopolitan debuted in 2010 — an 11-year gap that reflected the capital-intensive challenges of Strip-scale construction during the post-2008 financial recovery. Developed by the Malaysian-based Genting Group at a cost of approximately USD 4.3 billion, it is the single largest hotel construction project in US history.
The property occupies the former Stardust Casino site on the northern Strip and contains three hotel brands — Hilton, Conrad, and Crockfords — sharing a single tower of 3,506 rooms. The Crockfords brand, a London private gaming club heritage property, was transplanted to the Las Vegas context to serve ultra-high-net-worth guests with a bespoke concierge and dedicated gaming salon experience.
The casino floor spans approximately 117,000 square feet with over 1,400 gaming machines and 140 table games. Unusually for a new Las Vegas property, Resorts World integrated multiple Hilton loyalty programmes into a single resort — allowing members to earn and redeem Hilton Honors points across all three hotel brands and at the casino, an innovation that created a substantially larger addressable market from day one. The resort's food and beverage programme includes celebrity chef concepts and a dedicated entertainment venue for major performances.
