ARIA Resort & Casino

The flagship of CityCenter — technology-forward luxury at the centre of the Strip.

3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Operated by: MGM Resorts International

ARIA Resort & Casino opened in December 2009 as the centrepiece of CityCenter — a joint venture between MGM Resorts and Dubai World that represented the largest private construction project in US history at $8.5 billion. The 61-floor twin towers contain 4,004 rooms and suites, designed with a sustainability focus that earned ARIA LEED Gold certification — rare among large-scale casino resorts.

ARIA's casino floor spans approximately 150,000 square feet and houses over 150 table games and 1,900 slot machines. The poker room is among the most respected on the Las Vegas Strip, hosting major circuit events and drawing professional players. The high-limit gaming area offers VIP baccarat tables with limits exceeding those at most competing properties.

The property became known as the most technology-integrated hotel experience in Las Vegas at the time of opening: rooms featured touchscreen control panels for all in-room functions, automatic curtain and lighting systems responsive to guest arrival, and energy management systems sophisticated enough to be studied as a case study in hospitality technology.

The resort's dining and entertainment offerings include restaurants by Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Masaharu Morimoto. ARIA's conference facilities, totalling over 300,000 square feet, make it one of the most active MICE destinations on the Strip.
