Grand Lisboa
The lotus-shaped icon that defines the Macau Peninsula skyline.
Avenida de Lisboa, Macau Peninsula
Operated by: SJM Holdings Ltd.
Grand Lisboa is Macau's most visually iconic building — a 261-metre lotus flower-shaped tower that rises above the Macau Peninsula's low-rise cityscape. Developed by SJM Holdings, the company founded by gaming legend Stanley Ho, it opened in February 2008 as the flagship of the indigenous Macau gaming group.
The tower houses 430 rooms and suites with panoramic views of the Pearl River Delta. The casino occupies multiple floors of the podium building and is known for its concentration of premium mass and VIP baccarat tables. The building's distinctive LED lighting system means its silhouette transforms nightly into the city's most recognisable landmark.
Grand Lisboa's restaurant, also named Grand Lisboa, holds three Michelin stars — the highest rating awarded to a restaurant in Macau — and is widely considered the finest Chinese fine dining experience in the region, specialising in Cantonese cuisine using the rarest seasonal ingredients.
